Job summary
A leading design firm in Dubai is searching for a highly experienced Senior Landscape Architect to lead high-end landscape projects for luxury residential villas. The successful candidate will manage the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations and high aesthetic standards. A strong background in luxury residential landscape design, along with proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp, is essential for success in this role. Qualifications
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in luxury residential or villa landscape design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed high-end residential landscape projects.
- Solid knowledge of planting design, irrigation systems, drainage and hardscape detailing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design and development of landscape architecture for high-end residential villas.
- Prepare conceptual and detailed landscape designs including master planning, planting plans, hardscape, irrigation and lighting.
- Oversee project phases from conceptualization and design to execution and evaluation.
