Job Description

• Lead and grow strategic client relationships through customized logistics solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/Saudi customs laws, GCC regulations, and internal SOPs.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and streamlining cross-functional coordination.
• Manage account profitability through upselling, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support business growth and planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in key account management or commercial logistics roles ideally within Saudi/UAE .
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Middle East logistics, customs clearance, and international freight movement (Air/Sea/Land).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/TMS/WMS platforms, PPT presentations, Excel and Digital dashboards.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: English (mandatory), Arabic / Hindi is a plus.

Preferred Attributes
• Certified in Logistics or Supply Chain (e.g., CILT, APICS, FIATA).
• Familiarity with green logistics initiatives .
• Proven record of expanding accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in managing government and Freezone-related documentation.
