Job summary
A leading multinational hospitality group is looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Administrator to support its legal team in a fast-paced, international environment. Key responsibilities include managing legal documents, assisting with contract circulation, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, strong organizational skills, and a good command of English. Experience in a legal team is a plus. This position is based in Dubai, UAE.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law or Business is preferred.
- Experience in a legal team or law firm is a plus.
- Able to handle confidential documents.
Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage legal documents, contracts, and filing systems.
- Assist with contract circulation, signatures, and trackers.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Administrator to support our Legal Team in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Support the Legal Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage legal documents, contracts, and filing systems
- Assist with contract circulation, signatures, and trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel
- Support compliance, corporate documents, and general legal admin work
- Bachelor’s degree (Law or Business preferred)
- Experience in a legal team or law firm is a plus, not a must
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential documents
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
