Job summary

A leading multinational hospitality group is looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Administrator to support its legal team in a fast-paced, international environment. Key responsibilities include managing legal documents, assisting with contract circulation, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, strong organizational skills, and a good command of English. Experience in a legal team is a plus. This position is based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Administrator to support our Legal Team in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Legal Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage legal documents, contracts, and filing systems
  • Assist with contract circulation, signatures, and trackers
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel
  • Support compliance, corporate documents, and general legal admin work
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Law or Business preferred)
  • Experience in a legal team or law firm is a plus, not a must
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential documents
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
