Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a Technical Manager for a 12-month contract in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in project management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, strong project management and leadership skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6. Responsibilities include overseeing contractor performance, negotiating project changes, and developing essential documentation. This position demands exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant construction-phase experience.
- At least 5 years in project management.
- Professional registration may be required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor contractor performance for schedule and quality.
- Lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- Oversee the development of project documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to develop budgets and execution plans.
