Qualifications

• Certifications in NEBOSH IGC and Safety Diploma (both mandatory).
• Affiliation with international OSH organizations is required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Act as the single HSSE representative serving all project zones.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE policies and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning.
• Oversee HSSE training programs for staff and contractors.
• Prepare and submit regular HSSE performance reports.
