• Apply communication skills to serve Zurich's customers and support team relationships.
• Access stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop professionally.
• Identify and resolve real-time problems with managers and growth partners.
• Take ownership of your development and expand your skills in insurance.

We seek talented, ambitious, and proactive individuals. Minimum requirements include:

• UAE National with Family Book
• Bachelor's degree obtained within the past 2 years with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Willingness to learn and develop in the insurance industry
• Strong command of English at a minimum of B2 level
• Proactive attitude with ownership of responsibilities
• Willingness to travel to the office at least 3 times a week
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Enthusiasm to explore different areas in a multicultural environment
