• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Basic understanding of MEP coordination in fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 / month

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with strong experience in commercial fit-out projects. The Site Supervisor will oversee site operations, ensure quality finishes, maintain timelines, and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project teams to deliver high-end commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate contractors, labor, and materials.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship, finishes, and fit-out details (joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, fixtures).
• Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards on site.
• Maintain site cleanliness, material control, and minimize wastage.
• Track project progress, identify delays/issues, and report to Project Manager.
• Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely material supply.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for clarifications.
• Conduct inspections, snagging, and ensure handover readiness.
• Maintain site reports, records, and progress documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as Site Supervisor in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Basic understanding of MEP coordination in fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
