Senior Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor (Joinery)
Job summary
A prominent interior design firm in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess 6-10 years of experience in supervising interior projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and have strong communication and leadership skills. A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on excellence.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out, joinery, architecture environments.
- Strong understanding of interior design execution and site finishing works.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of all project tasks.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain daily site reports and documentation.
