Senior OHL/UG Transmission Construction Lead
Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional to manage OHL and UG cable installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10-15 years of experience in power transmission and distribution projects. Responsibilities include overseeing site activities, developing execution plans, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Strong coordination and leadership skills are essential for this role, along with a proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in EHV/HV power transmission and distribution projects (132kV and above).
- Proven experience in OHL and UG cable installation works.
- Strong coordination experience with clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage site execution activities for OHL and UG cable works.
- Develop execution plans, align manpower and resources.
- Supervise civil and electrical teams for installations.
