Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of specialists in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities independently.
• Be fully familiar with procedures and requirements associated with commissioning.
• Demonstrate leadership during the implementation of commissioning activities in large projects, including test runs and plant acceptance.
• Oversee the PMC Commissioning teams, including Construction Engineers and Supervisors.
• Coordinate all commissioning activities for the project.
• Ensure all aspects of commissioning work scopes are effectively managed and performed by EPC and other contractors.
• Ensure construction contractors adhere to HSSE and Quality standards.
• Ensure PMC construction personnel are competent to perform their duties as per the contract scope.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in major oil and gas refinery projects.
