Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Civil Multi Technician for a temporary one-month project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of civil maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and up to required standards.
- Perform civil maintenance, repair, and installation works including masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, and carpentry.
- Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs related to civil work areas.
- Inspect, identify, and report maintenance issues in buildings and facilities.
- Assist in general repair and renovation projects as directed by the supervisor or site engineer.
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly used and maintained.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during work.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timeline and maintain work quality standards.
- Coordinate with other technicians and site teams for multi-trade maintenance support.
- Proven experience as a Civil Technician / Multi Technician in UAE.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and material handling.
- Ability to perform multiple trades (masonry, carpentry, tiling, painting, minor plumbing).
- Good physical condition and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Available to join immediately for a one-month temporary contract.
