As a Site Supervisor specializing in fa ade works, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the delivery of high-quality fa ade solutions, maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.

1. Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and timelines.
2. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives efficiently and safely.
4. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
6. Material Management: Monitor and manage the procurement and usage of materials to minimize waste and control costs.
7. Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing progress updates.
8. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address site-related challenges and issues to prevent delays and disruptions.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aluminum fa ade works, with a focus on site supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of fa ade construction and materials.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
