We are hiring a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budget
2. Identify and procure necessary resources and materials
3. Hire and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
5. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
6. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
7. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
8. Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
9. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
3. Familiarity with construction management software
4. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
5. Strong leadership and communication skills
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: El-Ain, Egypt (accommodation provided)
