Our client is looking for an Electrical Foreman to oversee and coordinate the work of electricians and electrical apprentices. This role ensures that electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and according to blueprints, codes, and company standards.

1. Responsible for Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
2. Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance (Electrical & Controls) in the area of responsibility.
3. Leading Continuous Improvement Projects.
4. Development and Adherence to Maintenance Tasks and Plan.
5. Development of Spare Part Strategy.
6. Management of Maintenance Budget.
7. Identification, Development, and Training of the Team in Maintenance process.
8. Development & Implementation of Trouble Shooting guide RCA & PDCA Process.
9. Developing Culture within the Team for Safe System of Working.

1. Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Electrical Engineer / Senior Analyst in Multinational Companies.
2. Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience in the Food Processing Industry.
3. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Diploma or High School qualification.
