We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing electrical installations, managing teams, and ensuring project success in one of the world's most dynamic construction markets.

1. Lead and supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical installations for commercial and residential projects.
3. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
4. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and quality standards.
5. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
6. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
7. Collaborate with other construction teams, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
8. Stay updated on local electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
9. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
10. Ensure all electrical work complies with Dubai's construction regulations and electrical standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electrical construction, with proven experience as an electrical foreman or in a supervisory role.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
3. Valid electrical license or certification.
4. OSHA safety certification.
5. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction industry standards.
6. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
9. Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
11. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and project management software.
12. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and Dubai's construction regulations.
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
