• Knowledge of high-rise building systems and resorts.

• Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults and problems.
• Respond to work orders and report any observed damage.
• Estimate time required for job completion and consequences of delays.
• Report breakdown root causes and equipment faults to management.
• Respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all work performed.
