Job summary

A leading industrial maintenance company is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician responsible for the installation and maintenance of LV and MV electrical systems. This role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience, especially in heavy industrial environments like casting and forging plants. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The position is plant-based and may involve shift work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Proven experience working in casting and forging plants.
• Experience handling LV/MV systems up to 4.6 kV.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LV/MV electrical systems up to 4.6 kV.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electric motors and VFDs.
