Lead client engagements and provide global technical cybersecurity expertise.

Lead and deliver cybersecurity design and integration projects and support consulting services (architectures review, compliance/gap assessment, risk management, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing etc.) to clients with IT and OT environments.

• Provide cybersecurity technical expertise and produce cybersecurity deliverables.
• Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships; developing an awareness of cyber services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
• Design and develop cybersecurity architectures for IT/OT systems and networks.
• Develop the system/subsystem security designs, system and network architecture designs, security management backup and recovery and patch management plans.
• Implement, build and integrate (installation, configuration, hardening, integration and testing) cybersecurity solutions (AntiMalware, log management, identity management, VPN, application whitelist, backup, patch management etc.).
• Lead and contribute to Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and produce testing reports.
• Support and contribute to cybersecurity vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for IT/OT systems.
• Use, develop and adapt risk assessment methodologies and tools for both IT/OT systems.
• Perform and support cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance with applicable regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Derive cybersecurity requirements and recommendations for action according to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness and training for the cybersecurity components that are part of the security design and prepare training materials.
• Support the project manager in regular progress review meetings reporting project progress to company management and the customer.
• Ensure project within the timeline and quality as per the project plan.

• More than 15 years experience in Cyber and Information Security field
• 7 years experience in designing & building cybersecurity architectures and solutions (Firewalls, IDS, Endpoint Protection, Application Whitelist, SIEM, Remote Access, Patch Management, VPN etc.)
• 5 years experience in cybersecurity consulting and services (framework development, audit, compliance/gap assessment, risk assessment/treatment, vulnerability assessment/penetration testing).
• 3 years experience in OT environments preferably Aviation and Transportation.
• Solid knowledge of both international and regional standards and frameworks (e.g. NESA, ISR, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and NIST).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office: Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity Engineering or Data Science.
• Relevant accreditations and vendor certifications such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Red Hat, Microsoft etc. and other internationally recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, IEC 62443, CEH etc.

• Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity or Data Science.
• Previous experience in Engineering/Consulting/Professional services in Aviation and/or OT environments.
