Job Description
The Network & Infrastructure Project Manager leads and delivers all network and IT infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring safe, secure, compliant, and operationally-ready implementations. The role provides strong governance over scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder alignment across airport facilities and related sites.
- Approved project management plan, schedule baseline, and budget baseline.
- Requirements and scope documentation, including RACI and stakeholder mapping.
- Reviewed and approved technical design packages (HLD/LLD) and implementation plans.
- FAT/SAT plans and completed test reports with acceptance sign-offs.
- As-built documentation: network diagrams, IP plan updates, configurations/backup, and updated asset inventory.
- Handover pack: SOPs/runbooks, training materials, warranties, licenses, and vendor support contacts.
- Weekly status dashboard and monthly executive summary (progress, risks, budget, decisions required).
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in network/infrastructure delivery, including at least 3 years in project management roles.
- Proven delivery experience in complex environments (airport, government, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise).
- Strong experience managing vendors, systems integrators, and multi-stakeholder programs.
- Hands‑on understanding of enterprise network and infrastructure architectures, implementation methods, and operational constraints.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Project management: scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
- Technical depth: switching/routing, WAN/SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, network security controls, and structured cabling standards.
- Documentation: HLD/LLD reviews, method statements, test plans, and as‑built verification.
- Communication: concise reporting to leadership, strong meeting facilitation, and clear written correspondence.
- Operational mindset: safe cutovers, rollback planning, and service transition discipline.
- Analytical thinking: root‑cause problem solving and data‑driven decisions.
Preferred Certifications
- ITIL Foundation (service transition/operations awareness).
- Security certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, or equivalent) is an advantage.
