We are seeking a motivated Emirati Sales Associate to represent our abaya brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Emirati culture and modest fashion, with a passion for abayas and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and culturally appropriate manner
• Provide personalized abaya styling advice based on customer preferences
• Explain details of abaya fabrics, designs, sizing, and care
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store presentation and visual standards
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Support VIP, private, and appointment-based sales when required
• Assist with online, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries

Requirements & Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati)
• Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is an advantage
• Passion for abayas and modest fashion
• Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
