Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an American/IB curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on education.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support student wellbeing and engagement across the school.
• Develop and implement effective pastoral strategies.
• Work closely with Heads of Year and teaching staff for consistent pastoral care.
• Monitor and support students with diverse needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive school culture.
• Act as a key contact for parents regarding pastoral matters.

Skills

Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent qualification
