Sealy Mattress Middle East is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the MENA region. With over three decades of excellence in the bedding industry, Sealy has established itself as a leader, known for delivering high-quality mattresses and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving the overall growth of the brand in a competitive market. • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve overall company objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote products and support promotional initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the consumer goods sector, preferably in bedding or furniture.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem solver with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in budget management and sales forecasting.
• Male. 30 to 40 years of age.
• Lebanese or Indian national.
