We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations ensure accurate financial reporting and lead a team of accounting professionals.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks
- Prepare and review various monthly financial reports for department heads and senior management
- Oversee daily financial operations including general cashiers report and backoffice collection
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and online filing of business taxes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all accounting activities
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 23 years of experience in a similar accounting supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles best practices and UAE financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and under pressure
