Position:
Accounts and Finance Assistant

Summary:
As an Accounts and Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audits.
Support the finance team during month-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts and preparing bank statements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts and Finance Assistant roles within the Energies industry
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and management.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
