We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive digital and omnichannel marketing strategies across the MENA region. This role will focus on developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives, optimizing digital engagement, and ensuring seamless omnichannel integration to enhance brand presence and customer experience.

Client Details: A global leader in the medical aesthetics and healthcare industry, known for its innovative portfolio of injectable treatments, skincare solutions, and cutting-edge medical technologies.

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
2. Lead omnichannel marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and personalized customer journey across digital, social, and traditional touchpoints.
3. Manage website content, CRM platforms, and digital analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
4. Oversee the development of marketing automation workflows and targeted campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
5. Collaborate with regional and global teams to align digital and omnichannel strategies with overall brand objectives.
6. Manage e-commerce and digital sales channels, optimizing performance and customer acquisition.
7. Analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
8. Lead partnerships with digital agencies, media platforms, and technology providers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and omnichannel engagement.

Salary: 30,000 per month, schooling, family flights, family medical, bonus

1. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical industry.
2. Strong expertise in digital advertising, marketing automation, CRM, and data analytics.
3. Experience in managing omnichannel strategies, integrating digital and offline marketing approaches.
4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media advertising, and CRM platforms.
5. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
6. Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
7. Experience working in the MENA region with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
8. Arabic speaker is preferable.
