Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to oversee the execution of high-quality carpentry work. The ideal candidate will have two decades of experience in high-end interior projects, capable of managing a team and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsibilities include understanding designs, distributing tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards. Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from AED2,500 to AED4,000 monthly.
Qualifications
- Two decades of experience in high-end interior firm.
- Strong understanding of high quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Understand all furnishings & fit-outs drawings.
- Order materials & sizes calculations for cutting.
- Distribute work to woodworkers.
- Address any technical concerns in carpentry.
- Finish work with deadlines based on job card.
- Ensure high quality and finishing work.
- Understand equipment operation.
- Have knowledge of all types of carpentry functions.
