Job description

Job Description

Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Listen to and document customer concerns and vehicle issues.
Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs.
Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
Clearly communicate repair and maintenance recommendations to customers.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle during repairs.
Finalize service orders and review completed work with customers.
Upsell additional services when appropriate to maintain vehicle performance and safety.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive role (2 to 5 years required).
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
