Electrician - Abu-Dhabi

Job Responsibilities:

• Installing wiring systems in commercial, industrial, or residential buildings as per specifications provided by the supervisor or engineer.
• Installing conduits for wiring systems according to laws and regulations applicable in the region.
• Testing electrical systems before installation using specialized testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc., for accuracy and safety purposes.
• Troubleshooting electrical problems quickly by analyzing available data such as circuit diagrams, testing results, etc., for proper resolution of any issues identified during operations or maintenance activities.
• Repairing damaged or defective parts such as wires, switches, outlets, etc., using hand tools or power tools depending on the nature of the job.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent with at least 5 years’ experience in electrical engineering works such as wiring installations, troubleshooting electrical problems, etc., is required.
• Knowledgeable in relevant laws and regulations pertaining to electrical works in the region is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with specialized testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes etc., is necessary for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data accurately when troubleshooting problems related to electrical works quickly is essential for this job role.
