• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure interior design works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and validate ID materials, mock-ups, and finish samples for approval.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and suppliers to address ID-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and report on progress of ID works and flag any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and follow-up on rectifications.
• Evaluate workmanship and detailing in ID installations including joinery, ceilings, partitions, wall finishes, and flooring.
• Support project teams in maintaining high standards of aesthetics and functionality.
• Participate in handover procedures and quality assurance processes for interior areas.

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role with a design consultancy background.
• Strong technical expertise in high-end ID finishes, materials, and construction detailing.
• Good knowledge of UAE building codes and interior regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
