We are currently recruiting for a seasoned Construction Manager to lead execution, ensure compliance, and deliver excellence across safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee preparation of construction management plans, guidelines, and manuals
  • Ensure proper site setup, temporary utilities, and facilities are established
  • Facilitate contractor kick-off meetings and alignment sessions
  • Supervise implementation of digital document control systems, workflows, QA / QC, reporting, and communication protocols
  • Monitor contractor compliance with interim / final payments, variations, amendments, warranties, defects, liabilities, and disputes
  • Review and approve contractor submissions including RFIs, materials, shop drawings, and method statements
  • Oversee inspections, ITPs, testing & commissioning, approvals, and handovers
  • Ensure daily coordination meetings, site supervision, and acceptance of contractor work are conducted
  • Supervise the integration of contractor schedules and milestone tracking with equipment installation and commissioning
  • Ensure cost control systems, budget baselines, and reporting templates are established and maintained
  • Monitor interim / final payments and cost reporting
  • Ensure change and variation approval procedures are implemented and followed
  • Review contractor variation requests, validate costs, and provide recommendations to the client
  • Maintain and update change management logs
  • Oversee weekly and monthly meetings
  • Ensure monthly progress reports are submitted to the client
  • Supervise document control and management processes
  • Review contractor performance reports and lessons-learned workshops
  • Coordinate operation training for CSA and MEPF systems provided by contractors
  • Ensure approval of as-built documents and closure of defects
  • Oversee final inspection and acceptance (TOC - Taking Over Certificate)
  • Deliver the project handover report
Qualifications
  • 20+ years of experience in construction management, with proven expertise in industrial greenfield projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and ability to act in the role of Engineer.
  • Demonstrated success in SHE management, achieving zero-accident records.
  • Skilled in contract administration, QA / QC, cost control, and schedule integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Prior experience in the UAE is highly desirable.
