- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Investment Assessment: Evaluate investment opportunities and perform due diligence to support decision-making processes.
- Accounting Functions: Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to optimize financial processes and support strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or investment roles, preferably within the investment sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
