Role purpose

The ideal candidate will support our finance department in managing day-to-day financial tasks, with a focus on VAT processing.

Key accountabilities

1. Assist in processing VAT transactions and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
2. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting records as needed.
3. Perform data entry tasks and maintain financial databases.
4. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Required Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Finance Admin or similar role, with a focus on VAT processing.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and experience in VAT reconciliation.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
