What you'll do

• As the General Accountant you will assist the Assistant Director of Finance in the supervision, training and oversight of the Finance team, month-end closing, production of monthly management accounts and analysis, and general ledger reconciliation.

• You will be responsible to provide support in the policing of adoption of appropriate working practices, based on Uniform System and IFRS.
• Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations and other government statutory reporting and requirements.
• You will have sound knowledge and experience on Residence Accounting Operations and understanding RERA regulations.

• You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.

• You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.

What you'll bring

• You will possess high level of computer literacy : MS Office and other applications.
• Ideally you will hold a professional qualification or studying towards one : CIMA, ACCA, ACA

• English is the primary language used in our hotel. Our General Accountant must feel comfortable communicating in this language. You will demonstrate ability to write clear, targeted and concise management information reports.
• You will have a relevant professional experience and working in a similar capacity for at least 2 years in the luxury hotels.
