As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing clients in finding commercial properties
• Generating property listings

Your primary focus will be on office spaces, retail locations, and industrial properties.

• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Property Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to attract tenants and property owners.
• Property Showings: Conduct showings and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Lease Negotiation: Lead negotiations for lease terms.
• Listing Generation: Engage property owners and showcase our services to generate listings.
• Client Consultation: Assist clients in understanding their real estate needs and present suitable options.
• Market Research: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
• Documentation: Prepare lease agreements and contracts accurately and compliantly.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate leasing with a successful track record.
• Understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• UAE driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• RERA certification (preferred).
