Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
• Holds a valid architectural license and relevant professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP), showcasing professional qualifications.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in architectural design and technical drawing, highlighting extensive industry experience.
• Exhibits a proven track record in the design and delivery of complex architectural projects, showcasing successful project completions.
• Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools, demonstrating essential technical skills.
• Possesses strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials, ensuring technical proficiency.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, highlighting essential soft skills.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, showcasing personal qualities.
• Demonstrates fluency in English, both written and spoken, ensuring effective communication.
• Prior experience of working in Middle East region will be added advantage
