Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in pre-sales solutions engineering or systems architecture.
• Hands-on proficiency with at least two Tier 1 vendors.
• Strong grounding in TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and security best practices.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise or government tenders in the GCC.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle and translate customer requirements.
• Design end-to-end ICT architectures covering compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Review tender documents and craft technical responses.
• Ensure solutions adhere to frameworks and conduct post-award handovers.
• Track emerging technologies and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
