• You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• You will ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience while enjoying the beach and pool areas.
• By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the residence and the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
• You will support with the setting up, maintaining, and servicing of the beach facilities and equipment.
• You’ll work closely with the beach captains and team members to ensure the beach is always clean, safe and well-prepared.
• You will be the ultimate responsible to ensure all the hygiene and safety standards are compiled and understood by every team member.
• Delivering prompt food and beverage service and towel service to guests at sunbeds, pool and beach areas, in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring that all areas (beach, pool, cabanas) are kept in immaculate condition throughout the day.
• Maintaining stock and cleanliness of towels, amenities and beach equipment.
• Setting up and breaking down beach lounges, umbrellas, and equipment, each day as needed.
• Handling guest belongings respectfully and ensuring the safety of personal items left unattended.
• Greeting and assisting guests with a warm and professional demeanor at all times.
• Monitoring safety in the beach and pool area, reporting any issues or hazards immediately.
• Proactively monitoring guests' areas to anticipate their needs and enhance their experience.

• Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.
• You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the beach club needs.
• You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• You`ll bring your excellent understanding of service standards and ability to anticipate guest expectations.
• A strong customer service attitude and attention to details.
• Organizational skills and teamwork abilities to keep the beach experience seamless and elevated.
• English is the primary language used in our beach club. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
• You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury beach resort or hospitality environment, preferably in the Middle East.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, lift equipment, and stay active throughout the shift.
