Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Handyman to ensure facilities are well-maintained. Responsibilities include performing general repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and collaborating with maintenance staff. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant trade certifications are preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Install and assemble equipment and fixtures as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
