Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a talented MEP Multi-Technician to join our Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the good condition and functionality of premises, performing a variety of maintenance tasks such as MEP, HVAC installations, painting, landscaping, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and replacements including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool, and air conditioning.
• Complete maintenance work orders at rental properties or offices.
• Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps.
• Keep maintenance tools, vehicles, and properties clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain inventory logs and report expenses and materials used.
• Prepare properties for occupancy and assist with inspections.
• Update supply inventory and safeguard equipment and tools.
• Perform additional maintenance and property management duties as needed.
• Represent Deluxe Holiday Homes professionally.
• Attend to emergencies promptly, including outside regular hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance roles.
• Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Basic carpentry and painting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Conversational English skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
