- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and rehabilitation strategies.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and lab work.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on prevention strategies, treatment options, and recovery processes.
