Job Summary (List Format):
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service product information and warranty inquiries.
  • Manage and process warranty claims in compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Verify warranty coverage and maintain accurate documentation of service history, parts and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to assess, validate and coordinate warranty repairs.
  • Schedule repair appointments, monitor service timelines and provide customers with status updates.
  • Coordinate technician workload with the service department to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist customers with parts identification and ordering ensuring correct components are provided.
  • Work with inventory staff to ensure parts availability for service and warranty needs.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed operations reports on service activity, warranty claims and customer feedback to management.
  • Stay current on latest engine technologies and product specifications to give accurate service advice.
  • Work closely with technical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and service recommendations.
