• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure effective CRM utilization.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, reporting performance to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to and improvement of sales processes and policies.
• Align sales and marketing strategies with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with product development to incorporate customer feedback.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Understand fintech products like payment solutions, blockchain, digital banking, or financial software.
• Be knowledgeable about financial regulations and compliance in fintech.
• Stay updated on fintech industry trends such as AI, cybersecurity, and evolving consumer behaviors.
• Analyze competitors and identify unique selling points.
• Build trust with clients through deep understanding of financial technology.
• Manage longer, complex sales cycles typical in fintech, including due diligence and regulatory checks.

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of sales experience in fintech, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Strategic, customer-centric thinker.
