• Ensure filter integrity and perform machine parts cleaning.
• Handle filtration, cleaning, and disinfection of the aseptic filling area.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP standards in the area.
• Perform operations according to MFM/BMR under supervision.
• Maintain all related logbooks and records accurately.
• Report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Be knowledgeable about freeze dryer and RABs technology.

• Ensure hygiene and GMP standards are met in the area.
• Check cleaning of area and equipment according to SOP.
• Maintain all related logbooks and records.
• Report and investigate deviations; communicate maintenance or breakdowns to Maintenance Department.
• Ensure cleaning of machine parts and filters.
• Verify filter integrity.
• Perform CIP & SIP for mobile and preparation tanks.
• Prepare autoclave loads (filters, hoses, containers).
• Be familiar with aseptic techniques and filling machines (ampoule/vial) and freeze dryer.
• Handle all sterilized items inside the filling room.
• Perform preventative and regular maintenance on production machines; communicate repair needs.
• Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technician.
• Higher Secondary Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry and product manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP principles and good documentation practices.
