Strategic Project Controller: Budgeting & Financial Analysis
Job summary
A leading engineering consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced financial manager to oversee project budgets and accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5-8 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project managers to develop budgets, maintaining meticulous records, and conducting financial analyses. Strong skills in construction cost accounting and good communication abilities are essential. This is a full-time on-site position.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in private or public accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and financial procedures.
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project manager to create budgets.
- Serve as the point of contact for intercompany budgets.
- Maintain records of project finances for audits and tax obligations.
- Generate detailed cost analyses for each project.
- Support the Finance Manager with comprehensive financial analyses.
