一家知名工程机械公司在阿联酋迪拜招聘战略运营经理,负责中东及中亚大区的战略规划与项目管理。候选人需具备5年以上相关经验,优秀的英语沟通能力,并具备良好的跨文化适应能力。该职位要求应聘者能外派工作,并具备大局观与决策能力。
岗位职责:1、主导中东中亚大区中长期战略规划的设计、分解与落地监控,包括市场、客户群定位分析(如基建、矿山,油气等)、竞争策略制定(如对标国际国内品牌),制定相应战略与目标,监控大区执行及根据实际情况动态调整。
2、主导关键项目投资管理(如子公司成立),制造策划(如CKD工厂)等,协同管理层优化区域资源配置,制定运营制度和业务流程,协同区域业务负责人建立标准化业务运营体系、监控业务经营指标,推动降本增效,并预警运营风险,提升运营效率。
3、根据总部及区域管理层要求,完成战略运营相关的报告及汇报;组织召开大区战略及日常运营会议,负责资料催收、会议协调等工作,并跟踪主要决议完成情况。
4、负责董事会治理及公司治理,组织大区战略及日常运营会议,根据公司管理层要求,完成战略运营相关的报告及汇报。
5、在总经理授权下代表大区参与政府、企业及行业战略合作,参与区域关键活动(如客户节、经销商大会),协助区域管理层维护柳工同各国机构、商会及大客户的长期关系,强化柳工本地化品牌形象。
6、搭建区域战略人才梯队,通过制定培训机制、实战项目辅导及跨文化协作实践(如本地化团队协同),提升团队战略分析能力与国际化运营经验。
7、接收大区政府部门的通知和来函,将相关通知及来函上报上级领导,根据实际需求编制相关报告、反馈相关信息,组织参与相关的会议和活动。
8、与股份公司董事会秘书处、国际战略运营对接工作。
协助完成部门日常管理工作,完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
1、大学本科(含)以上学历,硕士优先,管理类、法律类、财经类或国际关系相关专业;
2、5年及以上战略运营相关管理工作经验、数据分析工作经验或市场营销工作经验,有中东或中亚工作经验优先;
3、英语流利,可作为工作语言;
4、有意愿加入工程机械行业,愿意驻外,家庭情况允许出差;
5、具备良好的计划、信息收集、分析、沟通能力和较强的逻辑分析、适应能力;
6、具备良好的跨文化适应能力,有较强的学习能力和主动性;
7、具备较好公司治理和企业管理意识,思维敏捷,有创新意识;
8、具有较强的分析判断与决策、组织策划、协调能力;
9、具有良好的职业精神和健康的体质。
1. Lead the design, decomposition, and implementation monitoring of the medium- and long-term strategic plan for the Middle East and Central Asia Region, including market and customer group positioning analysis (e.g., infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, etc.), competitive strategy formulation (e.g., benchmarking against international and domestic brands), development of corresponding strategies and objectives, monitoring of the Region’s implementation, and dynamic adjustments based on actual conditions.
2. Lead the management of key project investments (e.g., establishment of subsidiaries), manufacturing planning (e.g., CKD plants), etc. Collaborate with the management team to optimize regional resource allocation, formulate operational systems and business processes, work with regional business leaders to build a standardized business operation system, monitor business performance indicators, drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement, provide early warnings of operational risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
3. In accordance with the requirements of the headquarters and regional management, complete reports and briefings related to strategic operations; organize and convene regional strategic and daily operational meetings, be responsible for document collection, meeting coordination, and other work, and track the completion of key resolutions.
4. Be responsible for board governance and corporate governance, organize regional strategic and daily operational meetings, and complete reports and briefings related to strategic operations as required by the company's management.
5. On behalf of the Region, participate in strategic cooperation with governments, enterprises, and industries under the authorization of the General Manager; participate in key regional events (e.g., customer festivals, dealer conferences); assist the regional management in maintaining Liugong’s long-term relationships with institutions, chambers of commerce, and key customers in various countries; and strengthen Liugong’s localized brand image.
6. Build a regional strategic talent pipeline. Enhance the team’s strategic analysis capabilities and international operational experience by developing training mechanisms, providing guidance for practical projects, and conducting cross-cultural collaboration practices (e.g., collaboration with localized teams).
7. Receive notifications and letters from government departments in the Region, report relevant notifications and letters to superiors, prepare relevant reports and feed back relevant information based on actual needs, and organize participation in relevant meetings and activities.
8. Coordinate work with the Board Secretariat of the joint-stock company and the International Strategic Operations Department. Assist in completing the daily management work of the department and other tasks assigned by leaders.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred; majors in management, law, finance and economics, or international relations.
2. 5 years or more of management experience in strategic operations, data analysis, or marketing; work experience in the Middle East or Central Asia is preferred.
3. Fluent in English, which can be used as the working language.
4. Willing to join the construction machinery industry, willing to be stationed abroad, and family circumstances allow for business trips.
5. Possess good planning, information collection, analysis, and communication skills, as well as strong logical analysis and adaptability.
6. Have good cross-cultural adaptability, strong learning ability, and initiative.
7. Have a good awareness of corporate governance and management, quick thinking, and innovative awareness.
8. Possess strong analytical judgment and decision-making, organization and planning, and coordination abilities.
