Overview
The role involves selling and promoting products and services to B2B clients, building relationships, generating leads, conducting needs assessments, achieving sales targets, and using strong communication and negotiation skills. The position may involve roles across multiple industries including packaging, water purification, travel, printing, telecom, tiles, electrical and hardware, building materials, and other outbound/outdoor sales opportunities. The emphasis is on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, closing new business, and maintaining client relationships while meeting targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities across assigned industries; develop relationships and conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions.
- Generate qualified leads, conduct product and service demonstrations, and manage end-to-end sales processes to close deals and achieve targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing account management, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales activities including travel bookings for client visits, CRM record-keeping, and market trend monitoring to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
- Promote and sell products and services (e.g., airline tickets, tourism packages, electrical and hardware products, building materials, outdoor/field sales) and pursue sales leads in B2B environments.
- Deliver effective outdoor and tele-sales activities, including cold calling, presentations, and negotiations, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inventory, store presentation (where applicable), and overall sales strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations while maximizing revenue and market share.
Qualifications
- Relevant sales experience (range varies by role) with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct needs assessments, deliver compelling presentations, and close opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze market trends and performance metrics.
- Valid UAE driving license may be required for outdoor/field sales roles; willingness to travel for client meetings.
