Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for a Bell Attendant at a luxury resort located along the beautiful Red Sea. As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival
  • Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their accommodations
  • Provide information on resort amenities, activities, and local attractions
  • Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms as requested
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas
  • Handle guests’ requests and concerns promptly and professionally

The Bell Attendant will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing high-quality service and ensuring that guests feel valued and welcomed throughout their stay.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or in a similar guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and courteous attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of local attractions and the surrounding area is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
