Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in Umhlanga. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and facilitating property transactions. This includes conducting market research, managing client relationships, negotiating sales, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property buying or selling process. The role requires regular collaboration with clients and team members to meet targets and achieve sales objectives.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and an aptitude for achieving and exceeding targets
