Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Executive Virtual Assistant with real estate experience to provide crucial back-office support and ensure excellent client communication. The candidate must possess a strong command of English, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Responsibilities include administrative support, client follow-ups, and CRM management. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $6 to $7 per hour, based in South Africa or LATAM.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling, document management, and task tracking
  • Coordinate tasks between the real estate team and external partners
  • Support lead generation and appointment setting as needed (nice to have)
  • Contribute to marketing tasks such as email campaigns or social posts (optional)
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong written and spoken English – clear, confident, and professional
  • Experienced in the real estate industry – understands terminology, timelines, and client expectations
  • Keen to using AI tools
  • Proficient with CRMs – Follow-Up Boss experience is a plus but not required
  • Self-starter with high initiative – takes ownership and completes tasks with minimal supervision
  • Organized and detail-oriented – capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Flexible and growth-oriented – open to training, feedback, and evolving responsibilities
