About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager with proven expertise in IQ Retail to join our team.

This role is critical to the success of our operations, as IQ Retail is central to our business processes across multiple branches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of IT systems, infrastructure, and databases, while leading a small team of IT support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• IQ Retail Management: Oversee, maintain, and optimize IQ Retail across all branches. Troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and ensure data accuracy and integration. Liaise with IQ Retail support where necessary.
• IT Infrastructure: Manage and maintain servers, backups, and databases to ensure data security and system reliability. Oversee network stability and connectivity across branches. Implement IT security policies and disaster recovery plans.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a small IT team, delegating tasks and ensuring delivery. Provide technical guidance and training to internal staff as required.
• General IT Operations: Handle day-to-day IT support escalations. Manage user accounts, permissions, and hardware/software procurement. Ensure systems compliance and uptime.
• Availability: Work Monday to Friday at the office. Be available for after‑hours or weekend support when business needs arise.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with IQ Retail. Minimum 5 years of IT management or senior IT support experience. Experience with server management, backups, and database administration. Solid understanding of IT security, networks, and system integrations. Leadership experience – ability to manage and develop a small IT team. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
